A beautiful 12-year-old blended malt whisky from Matsui Shuzou distillery in the Tottori region. This whisky is a blend of Scotch and Japanese malt whiskies that has been filtered through volcanic rock. Sweet with a nice amount of spice! This bottle is a limited edition made for the global duty-free markets.

The nose is sweet with notes of caramel, baked apple tart, vanilla, orange peel, honey and some freshly cut grass. The palate is sweet, fruity and some welcomed spicy notes. Fresh barley, orange, stewed pear, apples, caramel, clove, pepper and some mineral notes. Very delicious! The finish is zesty with smoke towards the end.
