Chilgrove Bluewater Edition is a London Dry Gin crafted using a total of fourteen botanicals including indigenous Australian and English botanicals. These are distilled with a 100% grape alcohol base and natural mineral water sourced from the South Downs which surround the hamlet of Chilgrove in West Sussex.

Chilgrove Bluewater Edition embraces these native botanicals to create a gin that marries distinctive Australian flavours alongside a backbone of quintessentially English ingredients. The fourteen botanicals used in this fabulous gin are Coriander, Finger Lime, Lemon Myrtle, Riberry, Davidson’s Plum, Mint, Savory, Angelica, Liquorice root, Sweet Orange, Bitter Orange, Orris Root, Grains of Paradise.
