A fruity and sweet 8-year-old with just enough smoke. Distilled by Glenallachie and lovingly bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. A classic Speyside with only 231 bottles being released, this is one to snap up whilst they last!

The nose is full of sweetness and nuttiness, apples, cinnamon, vanilla pods, nougat, chocolate, salt, walnuts and roasted chestnuts! A very pleasant aroma indeed. The palate is as equally complex and inviting. The journey starts with sweet notes. Apples, tangy cherry sweets, honeycomb, toffee and even some pineapple. The flavour starts to shift to cloves, ginger, charred oak and a hint of white pepper. An outstanding whisky indeed! The finish is delightful. Sweet with some glazed hazelnuts.
