Glen Moray 10 Years Old Fired Oak Cask

Taking some inspiration from the American Bourbon methodology, master distiller Graham Coull used both ex-bourbon and ex-virgin oak charred barrels to enhance that sweet vanilla taste with effect of the smoky profile from the charred oak.

On the nose toffee, barley, brown sugar and a hint of leather. The palate is divine! Vanilla, oak, smoke, berries and pepper. The finish is long, vanilla, toffee, smoky oak with a hint of coco.
