FEW spirits was founded in Evanston a city that endured the Prohibition for over 100 years!

This Bourbon is distilled using age old liquor-making techniques. FEW use a three grain recipe that infuses the Southern tradition with the spiciness of northern rye and a touch of malt for smoothness. Everything is hand-crafted with a small-batch process using charred oak barrels to age the bourbon whiskey.

The nose is sweet and spicy! Vanilla, cloves, spices, cinnamon and caramel. The palate is again sweet with notes of toffee apple, vanilla combined with subtle Cardamom.
