Blended Malt #3 23 Year Old Batch 2(That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

This 23-year-old blended malt whisky consists almost entirely of single malt whisky from a very famous Speyside distillery. Although it is almost 100% single malt, it must be named a blended whisky. This is known as 'Teaspooning', which is why you can see the whisky fans by their hundreds worshipping the mighty teaspoon! 

The nose is sweet and delicious. Apple tart, treacle tart, cream, barley, brown sugar and milk chocolate. Very inviting! The palate is dates, clotted cream ice cream, oats and honey. A fine whisky indeed! The finish is soft spices with sweet honey.
