Blended Malt #3 21 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

This 21-year-old blended malt whisky is almost 100% single malt however it must be named a blended whisky as a few drops are not. This is known as 'Teaspooning', which is why you can see the whisky fans by their hundreds rocking out to the mighty teaspoon on the bottle graphic!

The nose is reminiscent of honey nut cereal, sponge cake and ginger. The palate continues with the ginger theme, but with some vanilla, caramel and jam. A great blend! The finish is long with some tasty spice.
