Blended Malt #2 - (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

A gold medal at the Scotch Whisky Masters for best Blended Malt with no age statement in 2018 and a gold medal at the international spirits challenge in 2016, an impressive résumé! Another incredible blended malt from That Boutique-y Whisky Company! The graphic on the bottle shows their mixing methods in action!

The nose is slightly spicy, cinnamon, a light pepper, charred oak, before some sweeter notes, vanilla, brown sugar, honey cornflakes and victoria sponge with strawberry jam. The palate is much of the above, the same spicier notes before the jam, honeycomb and caramel make a lovely appearance.  A beautiful blend indeed! The finish is a mix of spice and caramel.
