Aberfeldy 21 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

The Aberfeldy Distillery was founded in 1896 by John Dewar & Sons. The legendary Highland distillery used water drawn from Pitilie Burn. If you look closely at the bottle you can see Ian Buxton panning for gold in the same river!

The nose is reminiscent of scones with cream and jam. Splashes of apples, pears and honey come through towards the end. The palate is honey nut cereal, raisins, juicy apples, pears and honeycomb. The finish is buttered rye bread with a dash of honey. Very delicious!

That Boutique-y Whisky Company is an independent bottler, you can expect single malts, single grains and bourbons from all from renowned distilleries. They also produce world-renowned blended whiskies and blended malts. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels
